Common Concerns |
Spam or Junk FilteringIt is not uncommon for Email Service Providers (ESP) to filter suspected spam emails into the spam or junk folder. Check these folders for the Morning Farm Report. If it has been filtered into one of these folders, move it to the primary inbox to help the ESP understand it is not spam. |
Categories and Sub-FoldersAutomatic categorization has been enabled by many Email Service Providers (ESP) and may cause emails to skip the primary inbox. For example, the "Promotions" tab within Gmail. Check these tabs/folders for the Morning Farm Report. If it has been filtered into one of these folders, move it to the primary inbox to help the ESP understand it is not spam. |
Unsubscribe SelectedSelecting unsubscribe on the Morning Farm Report will automatically disable the subscription, remove the email address from the mailing list, and put a manual hold on this feature. Re-subscribing in the My Account area will not remove the manual hold. To re-enable the Morning Farm Report, contact Customer Success by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner. This is to prevent our sending servers from being marked as a spammer. |
Subscription Manually DisabledSubscription to the Morning Farm Report is managed in the My Account area. If toggled off, the email will not send the following morning. Important Note: If this feature was not manually toggled off, this could indicate Unsubscribe was selected on a received email. View the drop-down above for more details on this concern. |
