How do I change the email on my account?

IMPORTANT NOTE

A connection between the Nutrien HUB and Agrible has been successfully established - utilize Nutrien HUB credentials to login to Agrible and vice versa.

Updating the account email address impacts both the Nutrien HUB and Agrible.

Direct email address management is handled exclusively via the Nutrien HUB. Email addresses cannot be changed in the Agrible.com My Account area.

Follow the steps below to update an account email address.

Step One

Navigate to the Nutrien HUB login page directly and sign in. If logged into Agrible already, click on the Profile icon on the top right and select Go To Nutrien HUB.

Step Two

Once the Nutrien HUB loads, click on the circular Profile icon in the upper right corner.

Step Three

On the Profile page, click on the User Settings option.

Step Four

On the Settings page, click on the Email option.

Step Five

On the Update Email page, enter the new email address in each box to confirm accuracy, then click Save.

An acknowledgement message will appear to advise a verification email has been sent to the new email address.

Step Six

Navigate to the new email inbox to locate the verification email, then click Verify email.

Don't forget to check the spam, junk, and filtered folders if the verification email does not appear in the main inbox.

The email address change request will not be complete until the verification email has been acknowledged.
